How to play
To start the game all players draw one card from the deck the player who has the highest card. The dictator then deals out around 5-6 cards to each player. Then the dealer assigns some actions to the cards.

Some of the conditionns that could be used are odd, reds, suit or card number.

Some of the actions could be drinks the number on the card, has to down there drink, all players drink or all players to the right drinks.
The catch in this game is that the dictator does not drink each time they are meant to drink they can select some one to drink it for them.
