Game name:
Beer 99
Number of players:
3+ (the more the better)
Objects needed
Beer/shots,
A deck of cards
How to play
The dealer starts of by dealing four cards to each player, The dealer then turns one of the remaining card over in the center of the table.
The game play then travels round the table with each player laying a card on top of the pile while trying to keep a mental record of the total value of all the cards that have been layed, After you lay a card you pick another one up from the stack of unused cards if you run out of cards resuffle the already played cards.
A player must drink 1/2 a pint or take a shot when they lay a card which makes the total of the stack 99 or over.
But every one must drink if the total value of the pile ends in a 9 (not including 99).
Special cards
Kings - The king is kept in hand and layed to get out of drinking
by passing the drinking responsibility to some one else of your choice.

The card can also be used in the same way as a king.
Tens - When the total of the stack is in the 90's the ten card can be used to reset the stack total to 0.
